There is a difference of 3 pounds between these two pictures. The first was in July, the second was Saturday.

    Since July I've done Insanity once. I go to the gym 4-5 times a week. I do about 40 minutes cardio followed by weight machines/free weights.

    This makes me feel so much better :) I was thinking I looked good, and then hopped on the scale and it went up T_T was so disappointed and I suddenly didn't think I looked so good anymore and started hiding under a blanket and reading MFP. This is making me get out of my cacoon and go work out!
