Not getting enough vitamin C? Eat a Kiwi.

Believe it or not, a single Kiwi fruit has over 100% of your recommended daily intake of vitamin C. It also only has about 60 calories. The kiwi fruit; delicious and nutritious! Yeah, dude!

    Kiwi as double your dose of vitamin C... but it has way more like more potassium than a banana! Google it... it's fruit to enjoy!

    I love kiwi! I usually get the smaller ones and, by weight, once they are peeled they are only about 35 kcals each
