Believe it or not, a single Kiwi fruit has over 100% of your recommended daily intake of vitamin C. It also only has about 60 calories. The kiwi fruit; delicious and nutritious! Yeah, dude!

I love kiwi! I usually get the smaller ones and, by weight, once they are peeled they are only about 35 kcals each0
