Hey I made this tonight....after asking you guys for some ideas on what I can use ground turkey for. It turned out pretty good! Here is the recipe.....the nutritionals are good too!

6.75oz Ground Turkey Breast (Funny measurement b/c that is what was thawed out at the time, and it was measured after it was cooked)
1/4c Red Onion
3tsp Minced Garlic

Brown these ingredients together in frying pan sprayed with Pam. Season as you like....I used Mrs. Dash and Pepper.

1/4 pkg. No Yolks Noodles

Boil these and drain.

1/4c Broccoli
1/2c Cauliflower
1/4c Carrots

Steam these until almost done (Again the funny numbers b/c I grabbed a handful of mixed veggeis from the bag, but the amt. is probably close to being exact). Then chop veggies into smaller pieces.

1 1/2 C. Simply Natural Organic Tomato & Roasted Garlic Pasta Sauce.

Mix this and all previous ingredients together. Put in casserole dish.

1 1/4c Part-Skim Mozza Cheese

Top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 25 mins or so (Until cheese is browned)

I calculated the nutritionals based on 4 servings. Enjoy!

P.S. I typed it into MFP database as "Tanya's Turkey Casserole".
