I'm right there with you, girl. I joined about a week ago myself and in the same situation. I've been tracking my food and finding it very helpful with losing my weight. I've lost 3 pounds so far and really enjoy the help I get with the food diary and the couple of friends I have added to support me. Feel free to friend me and I will help you, too!

I think so as I see it (I'm 59). I would look to incorporate metabolism boosters into your lifestyle to help out.

Hi there, I'm 52, and gained about 50 lbs with cancer meds after breast cancer in 2009. It has been tough to get it off, but I'm looking for at least another 20 lbs before my sons wedding in July.
