Carbs and Protein

I need carbs to feel full or sustained. But i feel like i eat too much bread and i want to eat more protein.
What meals can i make so i eat a balanced amount of protein and carbs?

    You left out fat. You need that to feel sustained, too.
  • In total carbs are for a short term full feeling. Really you need protein to feel full longer. but what Barneystinson is saying is you need to have a balanced diet full of right fats like Omega-3's and good carbs like whole wheat and grains and many right proteins too.
