Hey everyone! Wanted to share my mini success story with you all :). On the left picture I was topping out at 256 & on the right I'm 223 :).

I have had a rollercoaster of a weight loss so far. I would do great & go full throttle then quit because of stress / work / injuries so forth, but now back on it again and I see the scale slowly going back down. <3 Trying to put more fruits & veggies in my life, less portions, less sodium, and water water watterrrrr ( love water ) :D.

    Thank you :). And yeah it's only 33lbs...it does seem like more but maybe it's because of my height?! lol I'm 6'0

    what kinds of vegetables were you eating, and what kinds of meats. Im so addicted to meats fried food. Im gonna try not to be, but its gonna take alot of practice and will power. And you look good.

    WOW well done, def motivated me! I'm also wanting to loose 33lbs by the end of August... I'm getting married on the 24th.
    How long did it take you to loose the 33lbs?
