I drink it black during the week and with 1/2 and 1/2 on the weekend. I hate anything sweet in coffee.

Um, this has perplexed me since I started on MFP...
I live in Australia and was always wondering what on earth is CREAMER??? :indifferent:
I drink coffee with skim milk everyday. This creamer thing simply doesn't exist in Aus. Well not that I am aware of...
Why don't you people just put fresh milk in your Tea and coffee ?!

    I'm SO confused. :noway:
because they added sugar and flavor to our milks and hooked and realed us in..lol

    creamer is an abomination!

Steam your milk and make a real coffee or have a proper black espresso.

Sounds like it to me...

Even just instant with skim milk and no sugar is good. :drinker:

But yes, Proper espresso is the best, skim milk no sugar.
I have heard that there isn't much 'real' coffee in the states though? Is this true or a rumour... ???

I use half/half or heavy whipping cream. I prefer to limit my sugar grams, and this fits the bill.

It's a terrible rumour I have had great coffee in the US just don't judge American coffee by any of the big chains :-)

But I'm sulking as we don't get any of these great flavoured creamers in the UK .. the only one I can get on import is Coffee Mate Vanilla but they charge the equivalent of $12 a jar !!

I like mainly vanilla or caramel flavored coffees and Coffee-Mate Natural Bliss creamers.

    ^^This^^
Natural Bliss has a much better list of ingredients than any other flavored creamer.
  • hazelnut creamer for me.

I drink a bulletproof coffee (you can find the recipe by googling) and sometimes add a bit of coconut milk, but not always. If I'm drinking just plain coffee, I have it black/no sugar.

When we lived in the States and I had my keurig, I would drink it black no sugar. Here in the UK, I've been drinking instant  . Its horrible honestly....but I need my caffeine. I do have it with a bit of skim milk now though...just to make it a bit more palatable. I miss my keurig

Two tablespoons half and half....makes coffee yummy and has less additives then fake creamers.

Almond Joy Creamer.. that is all
  • I get the flavored Keurigs like the Caramel Vanilla or Golden French Toast - that way I can drink them black, no sugar and save on the calories....
