    Hmm, looking at this as a low-carber, I'd just use soy flour instead of all-purpose flour, and I'd use Pepperidge Farm low-carb bread instead of whole wheat rolls.

    I'll have to try it an let you know how it comes out.

    Not too many carbs and the wrong kind, like bread, for me a disaster.
