    Does she only do half squats like in the video or does she incorporate full squats too?

    Sorry if I sound funny but people get far to caught up into A2G when it has no real place IMO in muscle building :smile:

    I understand your point. I go down to the ground for technique and training required for olympic lifting.

    Ah, since we are already talking about that, why not giving us some insight on all of her nutritional goals? Calories, carbs, fats, protein,.....

    I like the carb cycling plan but why such high reps? I thought machines were frowned upon.....she looks damn good though!!

    Also, I am a vegetarian, so I'm wondering if that will hinder my progress? (it isn't something that I will ever give up). Also, I am 44, so I don't think I can ever look like that, but have hope that I can at least try :wink:

    Thanks for posting! I just got started on lifting again after taking sometime to do cardio programs and love being in the gym throwing up the same weight as the guys.
