Panera for Dinner!

Options
Hey friends!
I am going to Panera Bread tonight! It is similar to Atlanta Bread Company, but in my opinion, much healthier options. Do you have any suggestions- I would like to stay under 500 calories!

Thanks!

I find it really effective to look up the places I'm going to be dining online, and find the nutrition information on the page. It's really quite simple.

The worldwide web has made life so much easier. You should try it. You found this place......

I would earn more calories. Panera is effing delicious, and pretty good nutrition, and I would hate to limit myself to 500 measly calories.

They have a "hidden" menu that's been intriguing to me since I read about it ... http://mypanera.panerabread.com/articlestips/article/access-into-paneras-hidden-menu/

They have the calories on their menu now. You can take a look when you get there or look online. I usually get the you pick two with the bowl of chicken noodle (80 calories) and the smoked turkey sandwich (around 250). I typically only go there for lunch though. They have many low calorie options. You'll be able to stay within your 500 calorie limit easily.
