I'm in. I'll do these on my break at work. I don't have a weight here, but I have a resistance band so I'll use that.
Done. 5 sets of 20 for each arm. Resistance band added the equivalent of about 5-6 lbs.0 -

well, I did 50 which for me (I never use weights and just now started working out regularly) is pretty good, I'll try again tomorrow, and maybe I'll get in all 100 (I may even try later tonight!!)
ok, so after I waited a minute I decided to push myself and try to do another 50 and I did it maybe with almost a minute rest in between the two but, I did 2 sets of 50 yay!!!

Completed! Did 34-33-33 (with 5lb weight). I often do this when I'm going to do 100 of an exercise. 33 always seems 'not that much more than' 25, and then it's only 3 sets instead of 25!! It's just a mental thing, but makes it feel shorter for me and it works!!0
