Hello All This is my First Post I Am 23 And I would LOVE to lose 20 pounds by St. Patty's day. I'm 5'2 ' and currently 136 so that would put me at 116! and being shorter any extra weight that i have really shows fast on me I have always started a diet and work out plan but never finish it. Maybe this is the motivation that I need0

One suggestion I have to make this group more fun is to add exercise challenges or healthy eating habit challenges for the day. Tomorrow's challenge can be to spend at least 30 minutes doing some type of cardio!0 -
I love this idea! I'm 22 and weigh 189. My ultimate goal weight is 135 or 140. I just want to be happy with myself when I look in the mirror. If anyone needs a friend, or someone to talk to for support when they are having a rough day, feel free to friend me! I always need people to help me out as I go through this journey!0

I'm in Canada and its freezing here so I'm with you for the cold part. I would love to take this challenge too. I want to loose 30-35lbs by summer so this would be a great start! Feel free to add me ill do my best trying to motivate everyone if they help me...I've become very lazy since I've put on so much weight.

It definitely is! Especially because I started out under 400, then had some stressful times and gained some back, now with the help of my boyfriend, friends and family, we're all doing it together and on our ways to healthy bodies!!!0 -
im 20, currently 157lbs and need some extra motivation to push past this plateau, any room for late joiner?

I love this plan. Im 23 and live in DC. Im 5'5 and just started my weight loss goal as I have hit exactly 200 pounds! Way way too much for my short stature, but I have to say I love the perk of the large boobs :P
I plan on doing the 30 Day Shred starting today and biking 5 days a week for 45 mins. Hopefully that will kickstart the weight loss! Good luck everyone!0 -

I am a very late joiner I guess most of you are half way through but i want to join in I am hoping to lose at least 10lbs by then. I really need motivation.
My starting weight was: 85kg ( 187lbs)
My current weight is : 68kg ( 150lb)
