whats a good 30 minute workout that tragets all ur areas?

  • Try a ballet workout. They are really good to tone all muscles and if you do the exercises faster can be a great cardio workout as well. Not to mention its fun! :)

    cross trainer, squats and lift and press are my all rounders, 15 mins on the cross trainer, 15 with the weights, rowing machine is also good. Or go for a billy banks cardio workout (bootcamp) 30 mins of a full workout
