Try a ballet workout. They are really good to tone all muscles and if you do the exercises faster can be a great cardio workout as well. Not to mention its fun!0

cross trainer, squats and lift and press are my all rounders, 15 mins on the cross trainer, 15 with the weights, rowing machine is also good. Or go for a billy banks cardio workout (bootcamp) 30 mins of a full workout0
