Cup measures

Hi - can anyone give some measures for 1 cup please?

i.e. in mililitres, ounces, miligrams etc...

  In the USA, Title 21 Code of Federal Regulations 101.9 defines food labels.
  One teaspoon is 5 ml (milliliters)
  One Cup is 240 ml
  One Fluid Ounce is 30 ml
  One Ounce is 28g
