Skinny Taste White Bean Roasted Garlic soup, hummus and carrots and bell peppers, apple sauce, a small handfull of cherries, string cheese, a blueberry muffin and a hard boiled egg.
OK, I define lunch as everything I eat after nine a.m. and before eight p.m
