whatever you are doing (diet/exercise) change it up. You will see results when you keep your body guessing! Plus lots of water!0

I'm told having a litre of water in the morning before eating helps, green tea, white tea, grapefruit helps as well.0

Here's some good reading. Not exactly what you're talking about, but it explains a lot about "boosting" metabolism.

Having two glasses of water first thing in the morning gets your metabolism kickstarted. Make sure you have a good breakfast so you won't feel the need to snack as much throughout the day, and get a good workout in to start your metabolism and keep it going long after you're done working out. Lift weights! It's more effective than simply cardiovascular exercises at burning fat.
I get a lot of my information at http://www.myfitnessreviews.net they have a ton of good info and it's a site I recommend you check out.
Best of luck on reaching your goals!0 -
