So I was doing a search for some healthy snacks, and there were a lot of threads on this. I thought I would compile this list for anyone looking for something to eat.

My new favorite snack - 150 calories, is 1/2 cup Breakstone 2% cottage cheese on 3 Wegman's Stone Ground Wheat Crackers. MMMMM!!!! Lots of protein, pretty low in fat, and gives you that snacking feel from the crunchy crackers.0

Vitamuffin - Vitatops (I've only tried the Deep Chocolate, but they have other varieties -- I found them at Costco, but Publix also carries them) - only 100 calories, 1.5 g fat, made with whole grain flour, organic, healthy & delicious!
