Went to Tough Mudder probably a little over 200 lbs on October 20, 2012. Three months later after dropping 25 pounds here is my before and after picture!

Cardio everyday, lift weights everyday, ate at a low calorie deficit, ate healthy, no cheat days (okay maybe 3-4 times in those three months span), do not eat after 7pm. And that's pretty much how I got from that to now
