Some of you girls want to be very slim!
I'm 5'10" and currently 167. Want to get down to 160.
For those who want to be/are about 145-150 - how easy do you find it to maintain that weight? I got down to 153 and it seemed impossible!
I'm the same, when I got to 165 in the past, it always felt like my body refusing to shift any further, the only times I managed to get below was when I was either at the beginning or the end of a relationship and didn't feel like eating at all!
This time, I am determined to get to 155 and stay there, I think it is possible to maintain by just doing what I am doing now, which is watch and log what I eat and stay within my goal cals (which will obviously be higher for maintenance than they are now). It must be possible! I will make it possible! :-)0 -

There are groups: Totally Tall Women of MFP and Tall Women. check 'em out.
I'm 5'11- started out at 220, joined MFP around 215, and am now hovering at 170. Ideally I would love to lose another 10 pounds, but have been plateaued around 170 for four months. I'm pretty content where I am now, though.
@beautmel - I started heavy lifting, which is when I started my plateau. I have lost inches, but not pounds. Pretty good trade-off, actually0 -

I'm 5'10 and about 150 lbs, aiming to be cut and 135 lbs for summer (my natural body type is lean, but with poor eating habits I have defnitely fluctuated over the years).
One thing I've learned being on the tall end of the spectrum, is that everyone carries weight differently, and that you should set a goal unique to yourself - there is no magic weight you should be at a certain height.
Comparison is the thief of joy, so set your personal goals and strive to fulfill them! Nothing compares to the confidence you gain by setting a challenging goal and then reaching it. xo0 -
I am 5'10" and starting here at 320, I have a long way to go and could use the support and motivation! I'm hoping that using this tool, along with some help from my friends, will keep me motivated!0
