Thanks for the encouragement and letting us 80 pounders know what to look forward to. I just started and quickly lost about 10 pounds but have since hit a plateau despite working out and eating way less/healthier. I'm hoping months 2 and 3 are much better to me.0

you're hysterical! thanks for sharing your journey and CONGRATS! 80lbs is a HUGE accomplishment
I had only 45lbs to lose when I began my weight loss journey 2 years ago. Losing 15lbs in 30 days through nutritional rebalancing was effortless as was keeping it off, so I can't really relate to all the challenges.
My challenge is EXERCISE!
I lump the people who say they LOVE to exercise with the women who say giving birth is wonderful and doesn't hurt. Those lying liars! haha
So ... when you say you started to LOVE exercise, what exactly was it that flipped that switch for you?0 -

One question: When you say "BMR and TDEE all the way!" does this mean your calorie intake was at/above your BMR? MFP has my daily allowance at about 200 cals less than my BMR and I'm wondering what to do...0 -
