Team: Wolf Shred From May - June

I have posted yesterday about the 30 days Shred Jillian Michael.

I have a few people on board, If you still wish to join great :D
if not that is just as great :D

The Goal is:
1. Do the Shred on the days its should be (havent started you can still join)
2. We will Tally the days we do our shred :)
3. dont have to post it yet. but have a before pic (so later we can have an after pic)
4. you dont have to do the two months one works just fine :)
5. If you cant get through one DVD dont sweat it, its a process and you know your limits (just do your best is all i ask for)

First month will be the lvl 1 and 2
Second month will be lvl 2 and 3

  • I will definitly join you!!!! I started mine this morning and feel great. I will post tonight with my starting weight, inches and take me before picture! Cant wait to see what is to come!
