    Hi there, im really looking for a group that can help me get motivated.....especially since i gained a few pounds on my trip to dominican that i just came back from! do you guys do a challenge of different kinds every month? either way, this challenge sounds like fun! im in!

    Question which i should have ask before i joined in. What are we doing here?? Are we just exercising for 22days or something else?? I hate when i just jump in and have no idea what i am doing. Can someone please so i know i will still more then likly do it i just want to now :embarassed:

    I'll be in DC for an entire week touring the Capitol w/my son's jr high band...9 'til 9 daily!

    If it counts as a workout to you, then absolutely go ahead and count it. This challenge isn't a competition with each other; it's just a way for each of us to be accountable to ourselves to work out 22 times or more this month. So if you feel good about calling something a workout, then it counts! If everybody did that 22+ times in May, that would be awesome!

    Yep, anything that qualifies in your mind as a workout counts as a workout for this challenge, and the goal is to do that 22 or more days this month. If you do two workouts in one day, that counts as one, though, because we're counting days worked out, not number of workouts. Hope that helps!

    I'll be in DC for an entire week touring the Capitol w/my son's jr high band...9 'til 9 daily!

    MJ - I work on my feet and my pedo is usually at 7000 after a hard 8 hour shift and my feet hurt! I try my best to make it to 10K a day but fall short a few days a week...
    SO if you are going to be on your feet for 15K steps or more, I would definitely say you exercised that day, the only time I broke 15K was when I walked 5 miles AFTER working all day.

    I was thinking the same thing. alot of days I dont do a official work out but am up and moving. So if I make at least 10- 12k steps.... I'd call it good! Have fun in DC!
