Half Marathon After Baby?

Hi everyone!
I recently gave birth to a little boy in October and decided to/was convinced by friends to run a half marathon in April. All things were clear for exercise by my doctor and I feel great, but when I go for my long runs - my bladder doesnt seem to be on board with the rest of my body.
I'm sure its one of the joys of post-pregnancy, which I accept, but if anyone has any tips for this issue, I would love your advice!
