I just got a stationary bike . Today was my second day on it . I rode 14.67 miles in 60 minutes with the resistance set at 3-4 . Is that a decent workout ? If you ride a stationary bike how many miles do you ride in an hour ?

I do 10 miles in 30 minutes intervals between 4-7
