Bowflex Hybrid Plus Heart Rate Monitor Watch and Chest Strap

I was wondering if this was a decent heart rate monitor as I was considering picking up a heart rate monitor. Amazon has a one day deal on it for 45 bucks and it has mixed reviews so I was wondering if anyone would suggest it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

    I read the description and it seems to be a good one. It does everything my Polar does and more, but I paid $90!

    But the customer reviews are disappointing...

    I got the F4 because it was cheaper but now I wish I got the F6 because I heard it mentioned that it takes VO2 into consideration and the F4 doesn't.
