Body Fat %

im maintaing my weight very well and not lookin to loose anymore but im wonderin why am i loosing body fat ive lost over 3% in two weeks how is this even happening i eat three meals a day with snacks and im not even excercising im takin a break so just wondering should i be worried

im currnetly stayin between 98-100lbs

my body fat % at the moment is 4.2% from 8% thanks everyone :flowerforyou:

    If you gain muscle, your body fat % will go down (since more of your body will be composed of muscle rather than fat).

    How are you measuring it? And how tall are you?

    i got it measured in the gym before i took a break and im 5 ft 1

    Almost all ways to measure body fat % are fairly inaccurate. If they used the calipers that's just a ball park figure. 4.2 and 8 are in the same ball park.

    i wouldnt be worried too much about it ghenie hit one of the nails right on the head, the other reason is b/c your still eating your metabolism is still very high so the weight loss process is still continuing.

    both of those numbers are like body builder low for a woman BTW.
