It's just taking me to my home page.

Never mind. It's working now. That was weird.

I've been repeating this on my thread for the last week lol I'm tiny and eating 1800 numbers are dropping so I suggest you try it. But eat clean. Key to the best result, eat clean and exercise and get a HRM

New to IPOARM and really new to a lot of this stuff so please bear with me. I have posted a couple of messages on other boards but don not get notification of replies so have to go hunting. I have looked in my settings to no avail. Also, what is HTM? And the spreadsheet ... I have a Mac and can't seem to enter my own figures. I am convinced, as much as through plain logic as anything else, that, as long as I eat below my TDEE and above my BMR, I will slowly lose weight. I have upped my cals for just a couple of weeks and feel heaps better (except for a stinky cold this last couple of days!) and lost a couple of pounds after losing NOTHING on 1200cals. I am not techy at all (I grew up before the invention of digital watches) so may ask seemingly stupid questions sometimes - apologies! Any help and guidance hugely appreciated.
