    I really loved reading/seeing these... I usually go right for the ladies befores and afters (as.. well, I'm a lady)... but seeing you guys was really something, you all should be so proud of the work you've done and you really all do look amazing. It's just so wild to think of how hard those first steps are and then you are there and you think..... wow, I did it. Well, you did, great job, something to inspire us all no matter how much weight we want to lose, be it 20 or 300, it can and has been done!
