I really regret not taking before pictures. I was 211 lbs, 32% body fat, and size 40 pants when I started 23 months ago. First pic is around 182 lbs and 17%. Second pic is me in my old 38's (closest I have to a before). Last pic is 170, 13% BF, and size 30!!!! At almost 40 years old I never thought I could do this, but hard work and dedication pays off! Goals for the new year....10% or slightly less.
You don't look almost 40! Good job, you looks years younger than some of the 20-something year olds I work/go to school with.0 -

Thank you so much for starting this thread and for all of the men who have had the courage to post pictures of themselves. My other half has always been on the larger side and since the start of this year, has taken the decision to lose the weight. I have never seen him so motivated and he has already lost well over 14lbs - remarkable when we're only four weeks into January.
I'm so proud of him and I have no doubt that he will not only look younger and happier but feel good in himself too.
Thanks to all of you for sharing your inspirational journeys. It's amazing what you can achieve when you set out to do it.

While I use the bench whenever possible I do use the smith machine when there is no spotter around. Tho obviously this guy could have had a spotter he just chose to have them take a picture instead. LOL jk. To each their own.0 -
