    Holy hell, your a damn boss.

    I had pretty much the same body type as you to start with. I was 174 lbs, with a little gut (which is what motivated me to do something about). after 40 days, I'm now down to 160.4 lbs. My plan has been to watch my eating and do cardio (10 miles a day on my bike) to lose weight until about 156 lbs, and then start going to the gym to tone up. I see you've done just that! You should add me as a friend, I have some gym questions like what you do :p. You have the body type i'm going for, fit but not bulky.

    Sorry for the spam everyone!

    On Topic, All the guys in this thread have done an awesome job! I replied the most to the one above because like I said, I relate to that as we had the same body type

    This was near San Diego, went for a nice hike w/ new friends and also because I knew we were going out later :)
