    Well I honestly didn't think I looked much different, but then I compiled a comparison picture with my Before and After (well, "During") pictures, and wow... I've lost a lot of waistline!

    I didn't take a shirtless Before pic because I didn't think I'd actually carry on through with this as far as I have (plus I would have felt a bit of a prat doing it), but now I wish I had, just to hammer home the progress made! :o

    And yes, that is a tie around my head (friend's wedding!) Just to reiterate the progress from zero to cool. :P

    I started out at 283 lbs in Feb 2011 at 41 years of age then dropped to 204 lbs and now have added muscle to currently weigh 223 lbs and feel like im 22 instead of 42.
