Didn't take a photo in Sept 2011 when I started, but it wouldn't have even been up to 2008 standard...now at 10-ish% body fat down from 25%. 6'4", 180lbs - dropped about 30lbs of fat in a year

I posted this once somewhere else, but wanted to post it on this thread too...I went back and found more pictures of my old self....Hard to find them really since I hated my pictures.
Lately weight has been coming of slow slow slow....even going up a lb or two at times then back down. But I am in the last 21lbs till goal....I can see the difference more and more every day and get complimented on a daily basis, and getting so much more attention then I planned....The first few pictures are of me over the last couple of years, going anywhere from 250-275, last picture is at 196 and my favorite picture by far
I hope to hit goal in the next couple of months...I just wish it would pick up more then it has been lately!0 -
