Involve that precious little baby into your workouts..here's how, These are simple but effective excersises that can be done right in your own home

Only do those exercises which you can perfome safely with baby..I don't want to see anyone get hurt! Get a little timer, and follow this routine...

Put baby on the hip and climb your stairs for 60 seconds
Lay baby down on the floor and do pushups for 30 seconds, everytime you come down, kiss him on the nose
Pick him up and hit those stairs again for 60 seconds.
Wall squat with baby on the lap for 30 seconds
Lay on your back and put baby sitting up against your knees, which are bent, and do crunches, 60 secs.
It's stair time again 60 seconds


Repeat this 3x's for a quick 15 minute workout, that involves a little time with junior as well.

    will def.. give this a try! I love to incorporate my kids with working out!!! Thanks for idea! BTW.. I hate working out.. so whatever makes it fun :)
