Hi All
I'm working on the 5kg i've been working on and off on for about 1yr and I've decided its time to get serious, I'm focusing on eating cleaner and started training for a half marathon.
The last three weeks i'm working off TDEE - 20% but I'm wondering if this is too little/much for losing the last 5kg?
Any advice?
Thanks

10% is what I did for that last bit.0

Bump I'm wondering the same thing. I'm rather short so I feel like I need to eat way less0

I feel like I need to eat way less but from what I've read on here i may need to eat more and make sure I'm getting enough protein.0

I would advise between 500 and 250 cal deficit, tapering to 250 the closer you get.0

OK question- Why do I need to eat more the closer I get to goal. Doesn't your body burn less the less you way? I get way too confused in this area lol0
