I challenge you to complete 50 tricep dips over the span of the day. You can break them up however you want. The goal is just to get in 50 dips before midnight.

Ouch! On second thought, I can't do these because of a wrist injury. Certain positions really hurt! Instead, I'll do twice as many tricep extensions. 50 done already.0
