Hi all,
My food diary only seems to show the cals, carbs, fat and protein - but I have noticed in others diaries it shows the sugar and sodium too, I am really trying to monitor my sugar intake as I am pretty sure I am eating too much, although I am maintaining my weight the way I want to, I want to be be healthy as well and don't want to be having too much - can anyone help?
Thanks

If you are on the website, click the food tab, then settings, then add the nutrients tracked!0
