Charlie, you just keep your positive attitude. There is absolutely nothing wrong with sharing what you feel works. The responses are coming from people that are critical thinking. There is nothing wrong with that either, but the negative remarks are uncalled for. Haters will be haters. In my opinnion, The foods that you listed are healthier, no matter how you look at it. The are more nutritionally dense and keep you fuller longer. Making them a part of your regular diet will make weight loss more consistant. Before people start criticizing they should know what the arguement is.
You are an inspiration. Thank you for providing motivation and support.0 -

You have to understand, it's not being pessimistic, it's ensuring the right information is out there and someone isn't spouting bro-science. Some of us have been here for years and we like to ensure our new comers get the right information (that corresponds with science) so they can make good decisions. It's like when someone says you shouldn't eat at 7pm; while it might help some sleep better, it is not necessary for weight loss.0 -

And thats understandable but the majority of ppl here are adults...let them use their own common sense and decide if what he is saying is applicable to them..........i just hate when ppl jump on the OP when he (ONCE AGAIN) is only trying to help..he never said he was a board certified nutritionist or medical doctor. Who are you? the mfp police? :noway:0 -

Actually, I am an MFP moderator, not the police
And if people continue to post stuff that is not correct, and provide information can back science. I am sorry you think that is jumping on the OP, but it's not. There are a lot of people on this board who want good advice and know very little about nutrition, so some of us very well known people, tend to speak up.0 -
That would actually be awesome...I could use some help...I lost a few pounds then I gained it all back. i also upped my calories and i live in a town with a crappy grocery strore, so some of the things that I want to eat, I dont have access too...please take a look and let me know...
