I am doing 300 crunches + 25 military pushups each day for Saturday and Sunday. This would be a perfect addition

Ouch! On second thought, I can't do these because of a wrist injury. Certain positions really hurt! Instead, I'll do twice as many tricep extensions. 50 done already.0
