Nutrition values for meats - how to figure out?

I just put an "outside round oven roast" in the crockpot for tonight's dinner. How do I figure out the serving size and nutrition values? I'm having a hard time figuring out values for meat like roasts, ground beef, chicken, pork, etc.
TIA!

I'll usually google it and then go from there. So in your case, I'd google, "round roast beef". Then I'd find out nutritional values by weight. I figure out beforehand, how many calories I'll allow myself for that particular item (my own personal serving size, not some "fit for all" serving size). Then I'll weigh out that much at dinner time and eat it.0
