Hello :) Noobie here

Hey, this might be kind of long but I feel that I have to really write this down to kind of confirm it myself. All my life I've eaten pretty terribly reaching a weight high of around 215 lb! Around about age 12!! I know, pretty crazy, but fortunently I got my crap together and lost about 40 lb, then stopping at around 180~ when I was about 14. I know some might not believe this, or some might, I don't know. It seems really crazy actually looking at the numbers for me.

I stopped trying once I was around 180 pounds, but eventually I donned back my running clothes and reached my current weight, ~160 once I was around 16 but occasionally I dropped down 150 something. I have somewhat of a timeframe to reach my goal weight, looking at 120 now, which gives me some encouragement. Thanks for reading, I look forward to reaching my goal with the help and encouragement from all you wonderful people and I really hope that I can return the favor. :)
