Pre plan your meals for the day. I always do mine the night before when I get in bed.0

not sure if it's a tip but every time i'm craving some high cal not so great foods i think "this month's diet is next month's body"0

Make as many of your meals as possible, that way you control what goes in it. And always pay attention to serving sizes.0

BE PATIENT!!!! This is the most important tip. People panic and freak out after only a few weeks when they don't get the results they want.0
