What Nutritional Type are you?

I found this interesting site, with a self test, to determine what is the best nutritional break down for your metabolism type. Its kind of interesting. When I did the self test it said I was the "Protein Type" which totally makes sense because I have PCOS & always do best on lower carb diets, which this is.
Heres the link if anyone else wants to check it out.

The list of questions posed as "unanswerable" don't exactly inspire confidence.
Why is it that my best friend's nutritional supplements work absolute miracles, but make me feel lousy?
- Placebo effect. Doy!
How can one best selling book say one thing about nutrition, and the other bestseller say just the opposite?
- Because copies sold doesn't determine truthfulness. Come on, seriously!
How can someone eat the best organic foods, take the finest nutritional supplements that money can buy, get plenty of rest, exercise regularly... and still not feel well?
- Because not all diseases are caused by poor diet or lack of exercise. Again, duh.0 -
whether this website is legit or not, the idea of metabolic typing is not without merit.0

Protein type; must be why I'm a little over on my protein every day (nearly).
Also over on my fat most days; working on that.0 -
I'm a protein type. I feel as this is accurate. When I have meals I feel more energized and full, whereas when I don't I feel dull and lethargic.0

Not really helpful if you're a vegetarian. =/ I got protein type.0

I'm a carbo type! This is good since I'm vegan. haha0

Protein type. No shocker there.0
-
Mixed Type, although I think I need more fats and less carbs to feel balanced.0
-
Protein type, but I knew this before the quiz. I require tons. I don't do well on carbs.0
