37lbs lighter than when I was at my heaviest 5 years ago... I was so unhappy, I'm just starting to accept myself as a slimmer person - but I still have quite far to go on this journey. I have learned so much along the way about nutrition, exercise and many other random facts... So feel free to add me as a friend if you think I can help you in any way. I've done a lot of resistance training - so probably looks more but the muscle will make the scales show that bit heavier than look.. I'm a UK size 14 now... I want to be a 12 ideally :-)0 -
