Anyone do these at home and if so how do you log it....thanks for any help:happy:

    I have the DVDs, but I mostly use her CD when I walk at my city park. I do like it for the warm up, aerobic and cool down. It helps me keep my pace. If I can't go to the park for any reason I'll have to dig them out and use them again. As far as logging, wear a pedometer or maybe it tells you the steps or distance, not sure. If not, just the time of aerobic workout. Enjoy!!

    I log them as walking, 4 miles per hour. Her videos are usually 1 mile in 15 minutes which would be 4 miles an hour. Love her workouts! That what I do for my daily cardio. Good luck to you!

    It really doesn't equate to walking but is more like light aerobics since you are waving your arms around and moving side to side along with marching in place. It comes out pretty close to the same numbers I get with my HRM.
