Awesome job,
question did you have any weight loss stalls where you didn't lose any weight for a week to a month?

Congrats on BOTH--great weight loss AND a great future with the love of your life!0 -
Wow! I'm about 10 lbs behind you. My goal size is 6-8 petite and I don't care what I weigh when I reach that goal. I figure I've got about 50 more lbs to go.
You look MAAAARVELOUS!!! Best wishes. I had gastric by-pass on July 11, 2012 so July is the time i've given myself to lose 130 lbs. Can't wait to hear from you in July.
Really, you look great!0 -
You look AMAZING!! Such an inspiration! I hope I can have the same results. That would be a dream come true. Really amazing story... Congrats in every way!0

I forgot to say that I, too, could not have done it without MFP. Loggin in the food really, really helps.
Bypass surgery was/is the hardest thing I've every done. And they lie to you before you have the surgery!0 -
Still very glad I did it.0

Your last sentence says it all. Just smaller portions. Fantastic job. Almost 2 pounds per week is commendable. I recall someone about a month ago who started on MFP and exercised for three days with no weight loss, then was ready to give up. Three days! Long journeys are accomplished one step at a time. You are a role model for all of us.0

To answer your question, YES! Lol. I just broke a month long plateau this week! It's very discouraging, but you just have to keep pushing - the stall won't last forever.0 -
You look AMAZING Steph!!! I am so proud of you. It's amazing seeing the difference. You are an inspiration to women everywhere and I am so happy to say I know you! I can only hope to follow closely in your footsteps!!0
