Before/after-58 to goal. Why can't I see this in the mirror?

    You look awesome! I never see my changes either, but I keep track of my measurements. I can also pick out little things that are different, like "oh look I had a collar bone under there"!

    I've lost about 100 lbs too. My top weight was 295, but I didn't start counting weight loss there. I started counting at 268. So, we were sort of close in weight at one time.

    Anyway, it gets frustrating to lose 100 lbs and not look like you want to. And it gets frustrating to see young ladies who lose 80 lbs and have a bikini body.

    But I can tell the difference...and I know you can, although you may not be happy still, and that's okay. Keep being healthy and doing what you need to do. You have added 15 years or more to your life. Enjoy it and good luck being who you want to be :)
