Mayonnaise and cheese sandwiches. Everyone thinks its so weird that I do that! I just know its terrible for me.

Nope! I ate those a lot when I was a vegetarian. Sometimes I'd add ketchup.

This one is from my "not so healthy" days... popcorn with hot sauce and lemon juice. YUM!

Or cheez-its with hot sauce and lemon juice.

Pretty much anything starchy with hot sauce and lemon juice. LOL

I used to put potato chips on my hot dogs, and I used to wrap french fries in pickles and dip them in gravy at Harvey's.

I could probably choose BBQ sauce over ketchup if it came down to it, like with fries or hot dogs. I also used to make Ramen with BBQ sauce & sweet & sour. I haven't eaten Ramen in years, but if I was going to I'd probably want it with BBQ sauce.

Once upon a time, my "weird" food was scrambled eggs mixed with Doritos. I haven't eaten that in a while, however - not exactly conducive to weight loss

    Sounds good.

Keep an eye on the cals in the ketchup and remember that every one says that popcorn is good for weight loss but they use corn to fatten pigs. There is a surplus of corn in the west and they try and tell us that it is good for us.

    What????

...they use corn to fatten pigs.

This is the reason why my dad refuses to eat anything made of corn! I'm not kidding. He said in Italy they used corn to feed the pigs and to him, it's not human food, it's pig food. LOL!

100 cal popcorn, popped in the microwave - toss on a few good shakes of cinnamon, 1-2 tsp of mini choc chips, and shake in the bag to let the chips melt.
goo-ey, messy and delicious. you'll need a napkin, but for around 150 cals, totally worth it!
