Does anyone know how to log interval training in our exercise. I would like to incorporate it accurately in my exercise records, but can not find anything that seems similar. I do short rounds of H. I. I. T. (high intensity interval training)

I used to just use the walk/run...when I do intervals on the treadmill, I just select that and put in the calories burned from the treadmill... otherwise, I don't know.0

Yeah the only way I log it is information based on my HRM. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful!0

It sounds to me like it would be either Circuit Training or Aerobic, High Intensity.0

sparkpeople.com has a pretty good calorie burn calculator. they have quite an extensive list of excersizes and you put your weight in too. I used it for aerobic kick boxing and it seemed to be accurate.0
