Hey everyone, I've actually been using this for a couple weeks, but I don't have a scale, so I go off how I feel and what I look like. Currently, I'm having a couple issues finding motivation to work out. I'm kinda limited to Pilates and Yoga... Was wondering if anyone had some good tips for these two seeing as I'm a total newbie.

I find when I do the same workouts all the time they get really boring after a while and no longer challenging. Try searching online for simple exercises that you can do at home, or if you have a gym membership try different machines that you don't usually use or sign up for a different class other then yoga or pilates. My new favorite exercises are interval training (any variation of high intensity exercise followed by low intensity/rest) and kickboxing/karate. You can find almost anything on youtube! Remember variety is key to keeping exercise interesting and keeping you motivated!0

I look at the video on demand and do those. Another option is if your local library has a video collection, they should have some videos.0

Youtube. Seriously they have a whole bunch of stuff on there and you don't need a gym or to spend any extra money on it.0
