I have just eaten 6 mini bags of maltesers...in an unstoppable gorge i had no control...

It's not THAT bad. Maybe 600 calories? Depends on what you've eaten previously. Blood sugar may be an issue. We all have our weaker moments.
1. Don't beat yourself up. We all do it. Scolding yourself will just make it worse. We're human. Do better next time.
2. Any stress going on? Comfort foods give us comfort.0 -
I think we've all been there. I often find when I'm on a binge sometimes it's out of sight, out of mind. Or if it's REALLY bad I just trash whatever is tempting me too much! It may be a waste of money but at least I won't castigate myself afterward. And if I do binge too much...penance running.0

The more you watch what you eat and when it really opens your eyes to your eating habits.
