Anyone ever used these? Are they good for weight loss. Whats the best way to use them? Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.

Couldn't tell you about weight loss, but I love sitting in the steam-room to relax. I take in a spray that is a mix of peppermint, orange, and eucalyptus oil.

You spend 2 hours in a sauna? You're only supposed to be in there for 15 minutes max. Pretty much the same for the steam room. No way could anyone stay in there for 2 hours.

Based on your peanut butter post I'm pretty convinced you're a troll.

I use my infrared sauna only not for weight loss purposes, but to relax, as part and parcel of my bathing ritual ... A habitual practice and adaptation from my traditional bathing routine, which is a traditional steam before the rinse and the subsequent course-treatments.
